Description

If a foliage object is already placed in level at a location, it will delete any static mesh that is placed in the same location.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Switch to landscape mode>New Landscape>Create
3. Switch to foliage mode
4. Add Cube mesh to foliage tool
5. In viewport, LMB to create foliage
6. Switch to placement mode
7. Grab any static mesh in content browser
8. LMB and drag static mesh from content browser to location that has foliage already in place
9. Release LMB to place static mesh
