Copying/pasting a Blueprint static function triggers an ensure and a new parameter in function signature

1. Create a new Blueprint Function Library (BPF) asset.
2. Inside the BPF create a new function with one boolean parameter.
3. Copy the function using CTRL+C.
4. Do not click anywhere and paste using CTRL+V.
5. If your debugger is attached execution will break at the ensure located in the function UK2Node_FunctionEntry::AllocateDefaultPins. I was debugging using the Development Editor | Win64 configuration.
6. Observe the Inputs of the new Function. There is a second input called __WorldContext of type Object that was created.
7. If you close and re-open Unreal and open the new BPF you will get the ensure again.
