Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a BP
  2. Add a float property, expose to cinematics, hook it up on event tick to set the value of the property based on tick (just need to get it to modify the float value so that it can be recorded).
  3. Add the BP to the level and to Take Recorder
  4. PIE
  5. Record

EXPECTED: The resulting recording should have a track for that float property
