Description

After setting a particle system component inside blueprint, clicking the "Reset Emitter" button in the details panel does not have any effect on the particle system.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open UE4Editor (any project)
2. Create new blueprint based on actor
3. Add new Particle System component to blueprint
4. Set Particle System template to P_Sparks
5. Click the Reset Emitter button

Result:
No visible change to the particle system (in position or resetting play animation)
