Description

Undoing the deletion of an actor with a child actor component added via the details panel (IWCE) duplicates the child actor and the hierarchy is incorrect in the scene outliner. This seems to only happen when using AActor as the template type. Blueprinted classes break in a different way covered by [Link Removed].

Steps to Reproduce
  • Drag a Cube actor into the map
  • Add a child actor component to the cube actor instance via the details panel
  • Select "Actor" as its child actor template. (At this step, you can already see some strangeness as this child actor is shown at the same level as the parent actor in the outliner, instead of nested under the parent actor.)
  • Select the parent actor, delete it, then undo
  • Note there are now two child actors and neither of them are displayed as children in the outliner.
