From the User: "Ok, turns out it actually generates crash reports, it's just that it takes a really long time, like one minute and a half. Also for some reason, it doesn't include my own functions into the call stack so it's not too useful."
From Jarek: I think it's caused by a fact the user's dll is placed outside the engine, like d:\UE4\ and c:\MyProject\, another thing that we should add to jira (2, CrashReport-Client) However the runtime crash decoding should work without the issue, the callstack will be at the bottom of the log.
