Some plugins and projects are staging large amounts of AdditionalUFS files, and the only way to specify their chunk for streaming and optional install is using PakFileRules.ini.
Add a setting in Game.ini that allows specifying the chunks next to the DirectoriesToAlwaysStageAsUFS setting.
