Steps to Reproduce
  • Place a Sequence Evaluator in an animbp
  • Create an anim node function for Update
  • Call AdvanceTimeByDistanceMatching with PlayRateClamp set to non zero values, but pass in 0 for DistanceTraveled

The animation won't advance, but it should advance based on the minimum play rate set by PlayRateClamp.
