JamesG: New callstack on UDN thread points to UNetDriver::TickFlush
Editor crashes if a listen server attempts to use the console command ServerTravel while in Play in a New Editor Window.

Reproduction steps copies from UDN:
1. Download and open attached .zip file
2. Set the number of player to 2 (no dedicated server)
3. Set play to New Editor Window instead of Selected Viewport
4. Start the game
5. On the listen server window, bring up the console and execute console command ServerTravel ThirdPersonExampleMap2
Results:
Editor freezes and crashes
Expected:
Server opens map ThirdPersonExampleMap2
Unknown exception - code 00000001 (first/second chance not available)
