Description

Tracks that don't support multiple rows, can still have sections pasted on top of each other, which can lead to unexpected results.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Level Sequence
  2. Add two actors to the sequence e.g. two cube static meshes
  3. Add an Actor Hidden In Game track to each of the actors
  4. Select one Visibility track and copy it
  5. Select the other Visibility track and paste

RESULT

The section will paste over the existing one, but will not delete it. Since there's no way to blend these tracks, this shouldn't be supported. It's also hard to discover the issue here, since they completely overlap each other.
