Description

Regression: Issue occurs in //UE5/Release-5.0

This issue occurs with any Groom Asset created from a Blueprint. Other components work properly with the Forced LOD settings, as only the Groom does not respect these changes.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Add MetaHuman "BP_MRJack_tal" with Groom Asset "Hair_M_SideSweptFringe" to an empty project from MetaHuman Creator.
  2. Open BP_MRJack_tal
  3. Modify the BeginPlay to add a Groom component from the BP. Make sure Add Groom Component has the same Groom and Binding Assets as in BP_MRJack_tal's Hair component.
  4. Set its LODSync component Forced LOD to 0
  5. Place BP_MRJack_tal in the level
  6. Change the view mode from "Lit" to "Mesh LOD Coloration"
  7. Focus BP_MRJack_tal and press Simulate.
  8. Zoom the camera out and observe the coloration of the Groom

Actual Result: The Groom changes colors to indicate it is changing LODs.

Expected Result: The Groom remains one color, as it should be at LOD 0 at all times.
