Description

When you simulate and pause then move the camera, the Motion Blur effect seems to exaggerate wildly and blur the moving elements immensely.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a Third Person Blueprint Project
  2. Simulate
  3. Pause Simulation
  4. Move Camera

RESULTS: Skeletal Mesh blurs (See attached picture)

EXPECTED: Skeletal Mesh does not Blur.
