Description

When using split screen multiplayer the second or more players that are added for split screen will have their characters shadows occluded when the bounds are not within view of player 1.

Setting the light to static or movable will not cause this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open UE4 Third Person Template
2. Open Level BP
3. Create an Event Begin Play that goes into a Create Player node with index 1
4. Set Lighting mobility to Stationary (should be default)
5. Build Lighting
6. PIE/Standalone

Results: Shadows are occluded for any player that does not have it's bounds visible to player 1.

Expected: Shadows will be visible for the second players splitscreen regardless if player 2s bounds are within view of player 1.
