It seems to be due to the addition of the bIsWaterPixel decision in Engine\Shaders\Private\VolumetricRenderTarget.usf.
ForwardRendering cannot access GBufferB.
Open NewMap.umap to see the problem.
Disabling the ForwardRendering setting improves the problem.
