Changes to the Asset User Data in Material XX Instance types is reset after closing and reopening editor.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Material Layer and a Material Layer Instance from it.
  2. Open the Instance.
  3. Change the AssetUserData parameter (under Advanced) and add some entries.
  4. Save the Instance, close the editor, reopen the instance.

Observe that the AssetUserData changes aren't preserved.
