Foliage actors and deferred decals

Licensee - "

We noticed an issue when trying to use foliage to instance deferred decals.

The decal will show up, but only on what looks like the first instance of the decal. If I don't use foliage and just instance the actor then it shows up fine."

Steps to Reproduce
  • See attached folder.
  • Set material for "MeshPlane" to "MeshDecal_Test".
  • Set mesh for "Foliage_DecalMeshTest" to "MeshPlane"
  • Place a single instance of "Foliage_DecalMeshTest" using the foliage tool.
  • Place another instance of "Foliage_DecalMeshTest" and notice that the first one disappears.
