Unable to copy tracks from UMG animation to another animation

In UE5.0 it was possible to paste Tracks from one Animation to another, but from UE5.1 this fails with the message "Can't paste section. No selected tracks to paste sections onto".

The attached project can reproduce this and fails when copying a Button track with a Transform Section to another animation. 

1. Create a new widget blueprint.
2. Add Button widget to Hierarchy.
3. Add two UMG animations.
4. Add Button widget to Animaiton1 and add key of Translation to 0.0 frame.
5. Copy the track in Step 4.
6. Paste into Animation2.

Result:

Successful pasting of Track into Animation2.

Expected:

Track pasting failed and show message "Can't paste section. No selected tracks to paste sections onto"
