Duplicate of UE-17380

If a mesh is duplicated within a blueprint components panel, it will be invisible in the viewport, the transform widget will incorrectly align itself and refrain from moving, and if the transform widget is used to move the static mesh, the transform widget will not move but the mesh will.

Compile, save, close blueprint, re-open blueprint.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open editor (any project)
2. Open a blueprint
3. Create a static mesh component>assign a static mesh
4. RMB static mesh in components tab>duplicate
5. Use the transform widget to move the static mesh (watch details pane to see the location change)

Static mesh appears invisible and the transform widget is not attached to it. When the transform widget is used, it will not move but the location of the static mesh will change in the details pane.

Static mesh appears visibly in the viewport. The transform widget is attached to the meshes origin while selected, and when the transform widget is used, the mesh (and widget) move to the updated location.
