Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Niagara system by right click on the content browser.
  2. Add a Fountain emitter.
  3. Add a mesh renderer and change the Source Mode to Emitter.
  4. Add a Quat in the Emitter Attributes and name it as "MeshOrientation".
  5. Drag the atrribute to the Emitter Spawn.

It crashes at "Assertion failed: IsRotationNormalized() [Link Removed] [Line: 1300] "
