Attached is a video of the two screenshots overlaid and lined up by their top edges. It appears that the Begin Play node (and others?) have more padding now, which means that pins no longer fall on a grid snap location, thus then can never be lined up with a straight line.
1. Add a Begin Play node to a Blueprint
2. Add another node (such as Attach Actor to Actor)
3. Try to line them up by hand with the mouse so the connection is a straight line
4. Sadness.
