Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Lyra with a gamepad
  2. play the game, notice how fast you turn
  3. Change the input sensitivity in the settings to be higher
  4. notice how fast it is
  5. Move the ULyraInputModifierGamepadSensitivity off of the input mapping context and onto the UInputAction
  6. PIE again

Result: the speed is different then it was when the modifier was on the mapping context
