When you have 'show collections' checked off and you open up an additional content browser, 'show collections' shows up twice in the menu.
1. Open up any template in UE4
2. Open up 1 Content Browser
3. Click on 'View Options'
4. Check the box for 'Show Collections'
5. Window > Content Browser > Content Browser 2
6. Open up 'View Options' within Content Browser 2
Result: 'Show Collection' shows up twice
Expected: 'Show Collection' should only show up once
