Pawn Movements can be restricted to a specific plain, even if the planar constraints are turned off.
1. Open up the Third Person Template
2. Open up the Third Person Character Blueprint
3. Click on the 'Character Movement'
4. Scroll down to the 'Planar Movement'
5. Click on 'Constrain to Plane'
6. Change the Plane Constraint Normal 'Z' axis to 1.0
7. Click on 'Constrain to Plane' to turn it off
Result: The z axis is still set at 1, even though the constraints are off
Expected: The z axis should not be on if the constrain to plane is turned off
