Description

When opening and closing blueprints within the editor, the memory continues to go up and doesn't seem to release the memory once the blueprint editor is closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open up the Puzzle BP Template
2. Open your Task Manager
3. Notice the memory usage once the template has loaded
4. Begin opening and closing blueprints

Expected: The memory to be released once no longer used
Result: Memory isn't released fully and the memory usage of UE4 continues to go up
