There are issues with the vehicles rendered position when it is being moved in a kinematic manner, i.e, forcibly moving a vehicle (not simulating it) using either
FChaosEngineInterface::SetKinematicTarget_AssumesLocked()
or GetOwner()->SetActorTransform(inNewTarget)[Image Removed]
I'll need to fill this section when I investigate more,
instructions and test level are outlined in the associated UDN link.
