Node operations cause all of the collapsed nodes to be auto expanded. This is disruptive when working with complex hierarchies because you can't hide irrelevant components.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blueprint with some nested components using the Blueprint Subobject Editor
  2. Collapse some of the nodes in the tree
  3. Add a new component, or drag and drop a node to change the hierarchy
  4. Note that all of the nodes are expanded
