Collections reset when the engine upgrades project

When you upgrade your project to a new version of the engine, your Collections are deleted from the Collection setting.

1. Create a new project in 4.6.1 or 4.7.6
2. Create new Collections
3. Save all
4. Close the project
5. Open 4.8.1 and copy the project to 4.8.1

Result: Collections are not there
Expected: Collections to stay saved to the project
