Animation panel does not save docking location after being moved

1. Switch to the Animation mode in the level editor
2. Move the "Animation" panel and dock it someplace else
3. Switch the editor mode, then switch back to the Animation mode

RESULT

The Animation panel will be in the default location and not the docked location from step 2
