Description

Fix is found in licensee’s pull request:

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download Licensee repo and open:
    https://udn.unrealengine.com/s/contentdocument/0694z00000QfsnMAAR
  2. Observe that the fog does not have a tip near the spotlight
