Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-184014)

Description

The Fast Track icon is not displayed when there are no variables connected to the AnimGraph.

This issue was not present in UE4.

Steps to Reproduce

create Third Person Template project
open ABP_Manny file
add Transform Bone Node in AnimGraph (refer to screenshot)
Expected : fast track icon is displayed
Actual Result : fast track icon is not displayed
promote 'Alpha' pin to variable
Result : fast track icon is displayed as expected
