Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download and open the project [Link Removed]
  2. Play in the editor and press the B button, it will spawn a Niagara particle.
  3. Close it and do step 2 again.

In the level blueprint, pressing the B will spawn a Niagara particle, after a 0.25s delay, it sets custom data(should make it black) and pauses the Niagara particle.

But sometimes it's not getting black on Dx12. The issue can't be repro on Dx11.
