Starter Content and ArchVis Default Included in Blank Project

When creating a project using Automotive, Product Design & Manufacturing - Blank template. no content options are available, but 'Starter Content' and 'Archvis Default' are added automatically.

1. Open Unreal Editor (without any project)
2. Navigate to project creation, and select "Automotive Product Design & Manufacturing" category

1. Select "Blank" and proceed with project creation

1. Notice starter content and archvis default content were added to the resulting project
   *Note: If the "starter content" checkbox was unchecked while looking at another project type, it will not be included
