This is not a regression as in 5.1.1 the meshes will load and unload in their proper cell squares when entering and exiting the load distance threshold

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create Blank Open World project
  2. Turn on world partition streaming > Turn on Preview Grid
  3. Place meshes around the map and make sure that most are on the grid lines
  4. Set the Loading Range under Grids to a small number
  5. PIE and fly around to load and unload the cells

Expected Results: The asset should be assigned to the cell square that holds most of the mesh and be loaded into that cell when getting close to it

Actual Results: The meshes on the grid line will stay loaded no matter how far away from them you are
