Description

The cursor option within the behavior section of the details panel for widgets does not set the cursor when the widget is hovered.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Drag a button into the designer tab
  4. Select "Hand" for the cursor option in the details panel under the behavior section
  5. Save and compile
  6. Open the level blueprint
  7. Add the new widget blueprint to the viewport on begin play
  8. Play in Editor
  9. Notice that the mouse does not change when moving the cursor over the button

Expected: The cursor would change to an hand when hovering of the button
Result: The Cursor does not change
