Description

Swarm Coordinator in 4.8.1/2 is not distributing light builds across accessible agents.

If you have and open a Coordinator included in the 4.7.6 build of the Engine, Coordinator is distributing correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open .../4.8/Engine/Binaries/DotNET/SwarmCoordinator.exe
  2. Open .../4.8/Engine/Binaries/DotNET/SwarmAgent.exe (on multiple PCs)
  3. On each PC in Swarm Agent, assign the same AgentGroupName
  4. On each PC in Swarm Agent, assign the same AllowedRemoteAgentGroup
  5. On each PC in Swarm Agent, assign an * to AllowedRemoteAgentNames
  6. On each PC in Swarm Agent, assign the CPU Name from the PC running the Coordinator to the CoordinatorRemotingHost
  7. On any PC, open ContentExamples >> Lighting Map
  8. Build Lighting with Swarm Agent Status Open on the PC you are building from

RESULTS: Local PC will build lighting but load will not be distributed across available machines.

EXPECTED: Swarm Coordinator will distribute the load across all available machines.
