FBIK becomes extremely unstable when the root bone scale has a value other than 1.


Steps to Reproduce
  1. open repro project
  2. open SK_Mannequin_CtrlRig
  3. move hand_l_ctrl ( red sphere )

expect : fbik work properly
result : Each bone of the mannequin moves erratically
