Description

Console history is saved correctly in 5.1.

The cause is input.ini in EnhancedInput and InputDebugging added in 5.2. Removing these files are a work around.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a project
  2. Package the project for windows (other platforms are same)
  3. Launch the packaged game
  4. Open console and enter some console commands
  5. See Saved/Config/Input.ini

Result:

The input.ini file is not saved and the console history is lost at the next launch.
