The confirmation message will fails spawning with the following messages in the log:

[2023.07.25-20.04.01:039][ 0]Message dialog closed, result: Cancel, title: Message, text: Delete New Profile 1?
This seems related to CL22985686 and missing resources in the linked exe.
Other Unreal based programs might have a similar problem with displaying Windows dialogs.
