UFE: Can't delete custom launch profiles

The confirmation message will fails spawning with the following messages in the log: 

[2023.07.25-20.04.01:038][  0]LogWindows: Error: Failed to create dialog. The specified resource type cannot be found in the image file. Error: 0x715 (1813)
[2023.07.25-20.04.01:039][  0]Message dialog closed, result: Cancel, title: Message, text: Delete New Profile 1?

This seems related to CL22985686 and missing resources in the linked exe.

Other Unreal based programs might have a similar problem with displaying Windows dialogs.

• Launch UnrealFrontEnd.exe
• Add a new Custom Launch Profile
• Back to the main UI
• Right-Click on the profile 
• Select Delete
• OUTCOME: nothing
• EXPECTED: A confirmation message box
