When using the increment/ Decrement macros they are off by one. When using the ++ macro the return value is one higher than the actual variable and 1 lower when using the – macro.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Open the level blueprint
  3. Create the blueprint in the attached image
  4. Click Play in Editor
  5. Press the 'F' key
  6. Notice that the two values being printed out are not the same

Expected: The Values would be the same
Result: The values are off by 1
