Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a project
  2. Create a level with OpenWorld template
  3. Place some actors in the level
  4. Create a folder in outliner
  5. Move the actors into the folder
  6. Save the level
  7. Quit the edtior
  8. Run WorldPartitionRenameDuplicateBuilder
    Example command line is
    [uproject path] [path to the level] -run=WorldPartitionBuilderCommandlet -SCCProvider=None -builder=WorldPartitionRenameDuplicateBuilder -NewPackage=/Game/UDN/Dest/Map5
  9. Launch the editor after the commandlet ends
  10. Open the duplicated level
  11. See outliner

Result :

Actors in the folder move to the toplevel in outliner

Expected result :

Actors in the folder stays in the folder
