When a project incorporates a web browser widget it will cause the project to fail during packaging and or launch on. The launch will fail and produce an error (provided below).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor
  2. Enable the web browser widget
    Windows > Plugins > Widgets > Web browers
  3. Restart project
  4. Create a new widget blueprint
  5. Drag a web browser widget into the designer tab
  6. Compile and save
  7. Open level blueprint
  8. Add the widget to the viewport
    Event begin play > Create widget > add to viewport
  9. Launch the game for windows
  10. Notice the launch fails and the error provided in the screen shot shows up

Expected: The project launches
Result: The project fails to launch
