Description

When using an axis mapped input action such as looking around with a gamepad joystick, then opening a Common UI menu, the last input axis value will keep firing irrespective of the current joystick position. This can be worked around by removing and re-adding the offending mapping context that holds the input action, but this is more of a workaround than a fix.

Steps to Reproduce
  • Create a new Lyra project
  • Play in the default editor level
  • Using a gamepad, hold a joystick to a direction
  • While holding the joystick open the pause menu
  • Observe the character moving/looking constantly with the last held down joystick value, ignoring new joystick input until closing the menu
