Description

This is not a regression. Tested in //UE5/Release-5.2 CL26001984.

Hardware Accelerated Video Decoding requires DirectX 11, but it appears the combination causes media players to only render a black video on play back.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create or open any project
  2. Import a video file (the attached .mp4 for example)
  3. Create a Media Player by right clicking in the Content Browser then select Media > Media Player
  4. Open the Project Settings
  5. Select All Settings then search for and enable Hardware Accelerated Video Decoding
  6. Next search for Default RHI then change it to DirectX 11
  7. Restart the editor saving any unsaved assets
  8. Open the Media Player then double click the imported video file to play it

Expected Results:
The video plays without issue.

Actual Results:
The video is black in the Media Player.
