The background around a mesh moving via WPO is distorted. Mesh is correctly outputting velocities.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download licensee repro: [Link Removed]
  2. Observe the distortion on the background behind the waving mesh. This is easier to observe if the screen percentage is set to 33.33.
  3. View the velocity buffer, observe mesh is outputting velocities.
