Description

When previewing Mobile rendering in the viewport, the outline around static meshes isn't rendered. This does not occur with BSP.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch the editor using UE4Editor.exe QAGame
  2. Open RenderTestMap.umap
  3. Select Settings > Preview Rendering Level > Mobile/HTML5
  4. Allow all shaders to compile
  5. Select any static mesh in the world
