Licensee is reporting that the Min and Max Values for Cascade Distributions are not consistently placed.

For example, Distribution Float UNiform is Min then Max while Vector Uniform is Max then Min

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame Editor
  2. Create a New Particle System
  3. Change the Lifetime Module distribution to Float Uniform
  4. Change the Initial Velocity Module distribution to Vector Uniform

RESULTS: The Min and Max values are in different locations in each distribution setting.

EXPECTED: The Min and Max values are in the same location no matter the distribution setting.
