Display bug in "View Changes" window causes pending file list to disappear

The list view containing the files operated on by source control is missing a few hooks to refresh its contents, which can result in the view being delayed or inaccurate.

1. If you don't have a pending changelist already, create a new changelist (mark any file for add, modify, delete, etc.)
2. Open the Revision Control menu (by default in the lower right corner of the main window).
3. Select "View Changes" – a list of pending changelists should appear.
4. In the left pane of the View Changes window, left-click your changelist – a view of the files in the changelist should appear in the right pane.
5. Left-click a blank space below the changelist in the left pane – the changelist should be deselected, but the file list will still be visible.
6. Left-click your changelist again, and observe the result.
