Description

If the user moves the pivot point for the 3D widget component the widget can no longer interact with.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor
  2. Create a new Widget Blueprint
  3. open Widget Blueprint
  4. Add a button to the designer tab
  5. Compile and Save
  6. Create a new Actor blueprint
  7. Add a widget component
  8. Select the Widget blueprint created earlier and apply it as the widget class
  9. Set the pivot point for the widget component to x = 1, y = 1
  10. Compile and save
  11. Add the Actor to the level
  12. Play in Editor
  13. Try to click the button
  14. Notice the button cannot be clicked

Expected: The player could click the button
Result: The Button can not be clicked
