Delete of file that is not at latest fails silently and removes the entry from content browser

Delete in content browser and not up-to-date files with perforce causes inconsistencies
A bit of a warning to fellow developers

Steps to reproduce:

For a file which you don't have the latest version of (applies when using perforce integration):

1. 🗑️Delete the file in the content browser
2. 👀Observe the asset appearing to be deleted without any errors or warnings
3. ✖️Shut down the editor
4. ✔️Open the editor again
5. 👀Observe the asset reemerge!

So, it will be deleted in the content browser, but not on disk causing the content browser to be out of sync with disk content.
