Flickering and large flashes can be seen on reflective objects that are out of focus with DOF enabled.
DumpGPU shows that artifacts are visible in TSR .

2. Open /Game/Maps/PrologueCinematic/MAP_Prologue
3. Open level sequence /Game/Cinematics/Sequences/Prolog_Outro_Master/Obsolete
5. Play sequence
6. Observe the DOF flickering around frame 250 to 270
